Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and service in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll work closely with our pharmacists, technicians, and other team members to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to patients
• Recommending items for sale to patients and promoting healthy lifestyles
• Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Processing prescriptions and other transactions accurately and efficiently
• Responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in pharmacy or a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service environment
