Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns - Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience - Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and preferences - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce or a related field - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
