Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience

+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. + Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Operations

+ Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. + Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items. + Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. + Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.

Training & Personal Development

+ Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. + Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate and acquire continuing education credits.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

+ Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). + Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment. + Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex. + Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. + Prefer good computer skills. + Prefer knowledge of store inventory control. + Prefer PTCB certification.
