Experienced Customer Service Representative – Boone, NC Location

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and drive business results
• Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking on your feet to provide exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For

* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
• Willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
