Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our team members. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases as required
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and preparing documents
  • Develop and implement efficient data entry processes to improve productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues and ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)

  • Knowledge of database management and data analysis
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes an asset
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills an asset
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
