Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or BPO environment, preferably in a customer service or technical support role

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and repair, preferably in a hardware or software environment
  • Certification in customer service or technical support, such as ITIL or CompTIA
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals
