The Role

As a Customer Service Representative 1 at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient and courteous service by telephone and/or personal interaction. Under close supervision, you'll address customer questions and resolve complaints through a combination of telephone service, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary goal will be to provide prompt and correct responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide efficient and courteous customer service by telephone and/or personal interaction, addressing customer questions and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through a combination of telephone service, email, and in-person interactions
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring that arenaflex's customers receive the highest level of service and support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the waste management or recycling industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software

  • Knowledge of the waste management and recycling industry, including regulations and best practices
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping, with the ability to accurately and efficiently manage customer information
