Job Summary

As a Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading our customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and support to our customer service representatives, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to succeed. You'll also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to enhance our customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
