Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Knowledge of Medicaid services and policies
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred)
- Experience with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
