As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients by accurately and efficiently entering highly sensitive information into online portals, conducting investigations, and communicating with clients and third parties via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter highly sensitive history checks into online portals

• Frequently speak with clients and third parties via email and phone
• Conduct investigation information from previous employers using internal database and other resources
• Order drug tests when criminal checks match client's standards
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
