Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll also be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers to resolve their queries and concerns
• Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-$29 per hour, with a $2 shift differential. You'll also enjoy a range of perks, including:
