What You'll Do

As a Customer Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a customer-dedicated team consisting of Quality and Product Engineers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing key CPP accounts assigned, including all interactions and leading all meetings
• Partnering with the Operations, Finance, Quality, and other internal teams to address customer needs and challenges
• Understanding and maintaining all customer-specific delivery, quality, and cost metrics
• Overseeing bookings, backlog, customer scorecards, and demand pipeline
• Understanding contract terms and conditions and executing in accordance with corporate policies

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with:

• A Bachelor's degree in business or a technical degree
• 8+ years of customer-facing account management experience working with large customers in a B2B manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience required
• Previous experience in the aerospace and/or casting industry preferred but not required
• Intermediate or advanced skills in spreadsheet creation, data analysis (Excel), and presentation design (PowerPoint)
