Job Summary

As a Customer Support Concierge, you will work closely with patients, healthcare providers, and our team to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional patient experiences. You will be responsible for operating our high-tech TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) machine, providing emotional support and guidance to patients, and collaborating with our team to drive positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Operate the TMS machine with precision and accuracy, following clinical protocols and guidelines

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in mental health care and TMS treatment, applying this knowledge to improve patient care
  • Work closely with our team to ensure a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff alike
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to arenaflex's strict confidentiality and data protection policies

What You Need

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and data protection, with a strong understanding of arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of mental health care and TMS treatment

  • Certification in a related field (e.g., crisis intervention, mental health first aid)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
