Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients (agencies and customers) with questions and changes to their insurance policy. You will be the primary contact point for insureds, agents, and lien holders, providing superior customer service and offering solutions and/or options within company guidelines. Key Responsibilities
* Review all policy information to determine if the risk meets the company's underwriting guidelines and processes.
- Serve as the primary contact point for insureds, agents, and lien holders for policy-related inquiries.
- Provide superior customer service and offer solutions and/or options within company guidelines.
- Periodically attend office-based training or meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Position Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months of previous customer service experience required. Call center and/or insurance-related experience preferred.
- Fluent Spanish/English communication skills, pleasant telephone demeanor, and multitasking skills required.
- PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5% required.
- Successfully completes all required new hire training as per Departmental guidelines.

Work Environment and Company Culture
Our contact center is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CST, and the work schedule will be Monday – Saturday during our hours of operation. The work schedules for this opportunity are mornings and afternoon/evening shifts with required rotating Saturdays, those hours will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will be working CST hours. Training will be 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday - Friday for approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
