Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Team Member at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and informative assessments of client products and services to customers in all customer service and sales calls
  • Responding to all inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, or in-person visits promptly
  • Assisting in troubleshooting issues, including technical, customer service, or billing problems
  • Addressing all customer complaints professionally, promptly, and empathetically
  • Maintaining thorough and updated product knowledge to provide the most accurate assistance to customers
  • Helping customers make product choices, place orders, and schedule installations
  • Collecting customer feedback and passing it along to appropriate departments to identify market trends and areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience (a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
