Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Operate all equipment, stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler
  • Prepare products, receive and process telephone and internet orders
  • Count inventory and complete paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the food service industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
