Job Description
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Operate all equipment, stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler
- Prepare products, receive and process telephone and internet orders
- Count inventory and complete paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the food service industry or a related field
