Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Kimball, SD. As a key member of our research panel, you'll play a vital role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources. This part-time or full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while contributing to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and process data from various sources, including surveys, questionnaires, and other research materials - Ensure data accuracy and quality by verifying information, correcting errors, and implementing quality control measures - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance data entry skills and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data entry software - Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data analysis software, such as SPSS or R - Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI - Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field - Experience working in a research or academic setting - Fluency in multiple languages (English preferred)
