Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Registering sales and processing prescriptions in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, including answering questions and resolving issues

- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including patient information and prescription data
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies
Requirements
To be successful as a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail or pharmacy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience working in a pharmacy or retail environment
- Good math skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
- Knowledge of store inventory control and ability to maintain accurate records
- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
