As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our pharmacy, providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers alike. You will be responsible for registering sales, processing prescriptions, and assisting patients with their medication needs. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the pharmacy and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Registering sales and processing prescriptions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the pharmacy and surrounding areas
  • Assisting patients with their medication needs, including filling prescriptions and answering questions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including patient information and prescription data
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies

Requirements

To be successful as a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail or pharmacy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience working in a pharmacy or retail environment

  • Good math skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Knowledge of store inventory control and ability to maintain accurate records
  • PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
