Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in USA, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers via live chat, phone, or email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, or email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers as required
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell arenaflex products and services, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a technology or software industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and customer support platforms a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat software and customer support platforms

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on Spanish, French, or Mandarin
