Job Description

As a Maintenance Administrator/Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of maintenance administrators to ensure seamless data entry and maintenance operations
  • Reviewing, formatting, and inputting data into our vehicle routing software to optimize maintenance inspection routes
  • Assisting with data retrieval and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with our maintenance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of maintenance administrators to ensure seamless data entry and maintenance operations

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a maintenance administration or data entry role

  • Strong understanding of vehicle routing software and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a maintenance or operations role

  • Familiarity with MS Office and data analysis tools
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., maintenance administration, data analysis)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
