Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our part-time overnight shift, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions, handle cash, and operate a point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or convenience store environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Availability to work a part-time overnight shift, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
