Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our call center. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Position Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
