Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Duluth, GA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently
• Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

• Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
• Familiarity with shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
