As a key member of our J-Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and driving sales in our retail store office.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers: Provide courteous and professional service to create raving fans.
  • Assisting sales consultants: Finalize sales orders, including payment transactions, delivery set up, and more.
  • Triaging incoming phone calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Contacting customers: Resolve delivery and service issues, and interact with various departments to resolve any issues.
  • Reconciling cash drawer: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient computer skills: Ability to learn new programs and navigate our systems.
  • Excellent communication skills: Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Mathematical and organizational skills: Accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Effective reading and communication skills: Clearly communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience: Preferred but not required.
