Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex Westbury, NY, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout services, answering questions, and modeling and sharing customer service best practices with your colleagues.   • Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay current on industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience with customer service software or technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
