Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked efficiently
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales associate or cashier

  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
