Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
- Selling products to customers, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer care
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
