Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and support

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of company initiatives
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or customer service

  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
