Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide solutions. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless order processing, accurate information, and timely responses. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat
- Process customer orders, including taking payments, updating order status, and resolving any discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze data
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues
