Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling communications between customers and our service teams to ensure operational efficiency. You will work closely with the centralized Customer Care Center to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions about arenaflex services
  • Collaborate with the centralized Customer Care Center to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and service level agreements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the pest control industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
