Job Summary

As a Store Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting arenaflex products, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Maintain the high quality and visual standards of our products and store, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, drive growth, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions, sharing knowledge with customers and colleagues
  • Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products
  • Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records, as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales growth
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to learn and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
