Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and running the register with a smile
• Cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
• Selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and problem-solving. If you have:

• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication
• A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
• A willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. You'll also be pushing and pulling with your arms, bending at the waist, and grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with your hands.
