Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the store operations team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment. - Collaborate with the store operations team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. - Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience. - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. - Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive store culture.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred. - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and respectful manner. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions. - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
