Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish), you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Providing product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with store associates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the coatings industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams products and services
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
