Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients at the airport. You'll be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Your role will involve:
* Greeting and assisting customers at the airport, providing information and resolving any issues that may arise
* Checking-in and returning cars, ensuring that every vehicle is in excellent condition and that our customers are satisfied with their experience
* Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional and that our customers leave the airport with a positive impression of arenaflex
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients at the airport, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that you can answer customer questions and provide recommendations with confidence
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
