Job Description

As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Flexible Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Data entry: You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, using your keyboarding skills and attention to detail.
  • Administrative tasks: You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and completing paperwork.
  • Research studies: You will be responsible for participating in research studies, which may involve using your webcam and smartphone to complete tasks.
  • Customer service: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones and responding to emails
  • Participate in research studies, using your webcam and smartphone as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative assistant role
  • Excellent keyboarding skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, or customer service

  • Data entry or administrative assistant experience
  • Background in sales and sales support
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute or faster
