Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, or aviation) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in the aviation industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and services
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative or Certified Aviation Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
