Job Summary

We're seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Management Trainee. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and management, while working closely with our experienced team members. As a trainee, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and contributing to the growth and success of our Saint Paul, MN branch.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and features
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and management
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the Saint Paul, MN branch, working closely with the management team to achieve sales and customer service targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales or customer service management role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
