Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Tampa, FL. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent typing skills and a passion for administrative support, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and preparing documents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members, managers, and executives
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and administrative support
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and goals

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role

  • Excellent typing skills (at least 60 wpm)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems, such as Excel, Access, or database management systems

  • Knowledge of data quality and integrity principles
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Certification in data entry or administrative support, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
