Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products
  • Evaluating vehicles to determine loan eligibility
  • Managing customer loans and payments
  • Providing daily communication with customers regarding their accounts
  • Making courtesy calls to customers as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Computer and data entry experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A great attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work full-time and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Ability to pass a company background screening, including a credit, criminal, and background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of loan products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
