Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our Placentia, CA team. As a customer support specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and recommending arenaflex solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions
  • Recommend arenaflex products and services to meet customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, industry trends, and best practices in customer support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer retention and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in customer support software and tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar company

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support
