Job Summary

As a Customer Service Parts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing inventory levels, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of parts and maximize customer uptime

  • Process customer orders, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, process returns, and implement process improvements
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, inventory management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
