Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative on our Connellys Springs, NC team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex services to clients
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services to provide informed solutions to clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center or B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience in a similar role at arenaflex or another customer experience company
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
