Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to our team members. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Prepare reports and documents as required, using a variety of software applications
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least two to three years of work experience in data entry and report preparation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a non-profit or healthcare environment

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
