Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be the face of our organization, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role in a retail or call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, etc.)
  • Experience with sales or upselling techniques
