Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in DeSoto, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively - Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and industry trends to provide informed support - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems - Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services - Certification in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Familiarity with CRM software and systems
