Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment - Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal) - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a temp to hire or contract-to-hire environment - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) - Experience working with diverse customer populations and resolving complex issues
