The Role

As a Sales Consultant - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire car-buying process. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, answer their questions, and ensure they have a positive experience buying and selling cars. Your role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers every step of the way, from sale to test drives and arranging financing applications
  • Conducting vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to Buyers that will be used to perform customer appraisals
  • Checking in and receiving vehicles that are shipped to arenaflex; completing the daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
  • Performing cosmetic inspections and ensuring that all vehicles meet arenaflex Quality Standards
  • Performing various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies regarding Customer contracts, obtaining requirement information regarding registration and/or titling, auditing completed paperwork, cash/payment management
  • Creating service appointments and reviewing repair order invoices for retail service work performed; ensuring accuracy of documentation for billing

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a people person with exceptional communication skills, confidence in yourself, the product, and arenaflex. You'll be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, while also demonstrating strong team behaviors, including integrity, respect, inclusion, fairness, and fun. You'll be able to balance the needs of the customer and the business when making decisions, seeking to fully understand and meet customer needs, and creating win-win solutions to customer issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

To perform this job successfully, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales and customer service experience in an area such as retail, preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), preferred
  • Ability to lift objects that weigh as much as 25 lbs.
