Job Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology
- Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
Minimum Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
