Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a military or government environment, or with a similar customer base

  • Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Retail Manager (CRM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak different languages
